One item on your list brought back what is now a pretty funny story from our 2012 Bermuda Race.
TP!
On the morning before the race we did a final washdown on deck and forgot to close the port to the head. 30 minutes before our start we discovered that every roll of TP onboard was soaked!! Definitely not good.
We spend the next twenty minutes chasing friends around the starting line begging for rolls of TP!!

Good thing you are running low on food and water since you only have 7 rolls of TP left - remember to use both sides!
To wind Gods:
Deposit all of your loose change Skipper...Then stand By!
TP Don't need no stinking TP! "You'll finger it out " when the time comes!!!
Lots of Love
