Congratulations Team Tiki Blue!!!!! You did it!!!!! From San Francisco to Oahu, WOW!!!! It was so exciting to see you set sail on July 15th from the Richmond Yacht Club. After going onboard we could see how much preparation was involved for this huge adventure!! From Seal Rock we watched you sail away from the coast. As you disappeared into the fog bank it was surreal knowing you were going to be faced with challenges and uncertainties. I couldn’t imagine the feeling of being just a tiny dot out there on that vast ocean called the Pacific. However reading your daily updates, allowed us to get a glimpse of your experiences and to follow along on your journey. The challenges were numerous, however you persevered.

Now there you are in Kaneohe!!! Congratulations to you all!!! We wish we were there to celebrate with you. We are proud of you!!! Ryan, at such a young age to already have this experience in your life is awesome. We can’t wait to hear all about this incredible feat. Gary you turned your dream into a reality and it teaches us all to live life to the fullest!!!! You also showed us that even though the shortest distance between two points is a straight line it’s not always the most desired route :>) Have fun in Hawaii!!!! Me Ke Aloha!!!!! Pau for now, Sis, Gary, Nic & Mitch

It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters in the end!!

“Mother, Mother Ocean, I’ve heard you call
Wanted to sail upon your waters since I was three feet tall,
You’ve seen it all, You’ve seen it all”
