Track Tiki Blue's satellite transponder (Division C)

Tiki Blue still does not have a solid internet connection, so this update was based on a voice mail via satelite phone. Please excuse any interpretation errors as the message was translated into text via the voice message.

ALOHA ALL. Tiki Blue crossed the half way point at 9:30 am this morning!! (Yay!) We're (excited) to have 50 percent of this great oceanic adventure completed, knowing that the boat and crew have performed exceptionally in a variety of conditions. This has (built the confidence) of the first time Pac Cup skipper (Cap'n G), who is going day by day and meeting every new challenge, from sail repairs to (diagnosing and repairing) the engine cooling system.

So what did we do for our half-way party? We opened gift bags from everyone (the list of names was garbled...)

****TRANSMISSION LOST****

Ahoy Tiki Blue!!! Congratulations on your half way mile stone from the Massetani's. We are all cheering for you, and it's been exciting just watching your progress and reading about the experience. Mitchel says he is onboard for the next Pac Cup, although he was wondering if he should be concerned cause he gets queasy just swinging in the hammock. In light of that and the fact he doesn't know a thing about sailing is the deal breaker. We are all living vicariously through your adventure. I'm proud of you Bro and Ryan, and Team Tiki Blue. We wish you the best of luck on the second half of the race. May the winds fill your sails!!!!! SAIL ON TEAM TIKI BLUE. Love Sis-

Hej Bentsen,
Dejligt at se det går well.

Awesome Crew of the Tiki Blue. Half way. I can almost hear Captain Gary making Bird Caws. Have you played any Buffett yet?

Sounds like you need an IT guy on your next trip.

Yeah Team Tiki Blue! Cheers on making the half way point and enjoying the ride. Sounds pretty good to me...fresh fish caught and BBQ'd, warmer tropical weather, excellent sailing, and great friends sharing a trip of a lifetime. I think Tyler has changed his mind about going now that all the talk is so positive (he also knows about the candy bag I packed for Ryan and Ricky for the half way point). We miss you and can't wait to see you all in Kaneohe! Go Tiki Blue!

Love, Kelly & Tyler
